Calling all AWM members! For February’s Member Discussion Group, we’ll be focusing on some of the Black authors featured in My America: Immigrant & Refugee Writers Today, which you can explore virtually at My-America.org. When we think of the immigrant and refugee experience, the voices of Black immigrants are often overlooked. Join us on Thursday, February 25 as we explore My America and hear Edwidge Danticat, Akwaeke Emezi, Ngozi Ukazu, and Jerome Walford, as they explore the themes in the exhibit.
