This website is owned and operated by The American Writers Museum Foundation (the “Museum” or “we”). We take user privacy seriously and make reasonable efforts to protect your privacy. We will not disclose, rent, sell, or otherwise transfer your personal information without your consent, except as otherwise set out in this Privacy Policy. 

What information do we collect?
The Museum treats the personal information of its users with great consideration. We collect personal information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, or make a donation. 

When using certain areas of our site, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, and/or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

No Children under 13
We have no intention of collecting personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. When we become aware that personally identifiable information from a child under 13 has been collected without such child’s parent or guardian’s consent, we will use all reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.

Our service is maintained from within the United States of America. If you are located outside of the United States, by using the service, you authorize the export of personally identifiable information to the United States and its storage and use as specified in this privacy policy.
