It’s storytime in the Children’s Library! DJ Corchin reads his books A Thousand NO’s and the I Feel… series, accompanied by a creative activity for children.
A Thousand NO’s is a story about perseverance and innovation. It shows what amazing things can happen if we work with others and don’t give up, and teaches kids not to let expectations of how things should be get in the way of what could be.
The I Feel… series is a wonderful tool to help children develop self-awareness for their feelings and those of their friends. With fun, witty illustrations, straightforward text, these social-emotional books for kids makes it easy for children to identify their emotions—and have fun too!
DJ will sign books in the Children’s Library immediately following storytime.
