Join us for the final weekend of Ray Bradbury: Inextinguishable at the American Writers Museum and discover the life of the iconic science-fiction writer. All exhibits are included with Museum admission, plus special activity stations will be set up throughout the Museum for visitors to engage even more with Bradbury’s work. Not only did he inspire countless writers and readers around the world, but Ray Bradbury’s words, ideas, and commitment to imagination influenced the likes of NASA, Disney, and even the Russian space program. The exhibit includes personal artifacts from Bradbury’s life including his typewriter, Emmy Award, writing desk and more. This is your last chance to see these items up close before they are gone!
Plus, there’s even more to experience during the exhibit’s final weekend! Throughout the museum, visitors of all ages can interact with temporary activity stations celebrating Ray Bradbury. Try your hand at creating Erasure Poetry using a page from Bradbury’s Fahrenheit 451. Or grab the perfect selfie at one of our Bradbury photo stops to show the world how much fun you are having at the American Writers Museum!
All exhibits and activities are included with Museum admission. Advanced registration not required. We are open from 10 am to 5 pm from Thursday through Monday, including Labor Day. The last day to view Ray Bradbury: Inextinguishable is Monday, September 5.
